1. Protect your investment with a clear training path
Help your AIT understand each department before stepping in. Orientation and quizzes build the background; preparation, conversation starters, and rotation checklists connect it to the work in your building.
2. Save your time for guidance
You have a facility to run. Start with department tasks and discussion prompts, then shape the rotation order and planned time around your building. Assign practical work, review submissions, return feedback, and keep the conversation attached to the work.
3. Send your AIT in prepared
A clear next step helps your AIT know what to observe, what to ask, and what to practice. Follow activity and progress, review submitted weeks, and discuss questions or concerns before choosing the next step together.
What is included?
The facility plan includes one learner and a linked preceptor for $1,499 per year or $149.90 per month. A preceptor can sponsor an AIT using the AIT’s email address at checkout. Existing customers keep their current price and package unless they choose an upgrade. State-format board reports are still coming.
Shared work, private reflection
Journal entries remain private unless the AIT chooses to share them. Your linked account gives you access to shared reflections.
