AITpath is web-based training and journey management software for nursing home Administrators-in-Training (AITs) and the preceptors who guide them.
Who provides AITpath?
AITpath is provided by Advantage Business Systems, Inc., 1079 Whalley Avenue, Suite #4, New Haven, CT 06515.
What does it do?
AITs can organize training hours, follow rotation checklists, learn through questions and lessons, and keep a journal. A linked preceptor can guide the rotation plan, exchange messages, review shared reflections and follow progress.
Plans and pricing
The facility plan includes one learner and a linked preceptor for $1,499 per year or $149.90 per month. Existing customers keep their current price and package unless they choose an upgrade. Review the current plans and billing terms before purchasing. State-format board reports are still coming.
State coverage and licensing
AITpath helps organize training and learning. Product availability is separate from published state requirements; confirm your individual path with your licensing board.
AITpath does not grant a license, approve training hours or replace a licensing board. Completing its lessons or badges is not a guarantee of eligibility or exam success.
