How long will your AIT program take?

Enter your approved hours, start date and weekly training pace to estimate a completion date.

Enter the hour requirement approved for your own program. We have not published a source-checked requirement for this selection.

The standard AIT program is 1,040 hours over at least six consecutive months. A board-approved extension can run to eight months. Monthly reports are due by the 15th of the following month. Both NAB and Mississippi state examinations are required. Confirm education and experience eligibility before applying. Official guidance.

Enter a valid start date, required hours (1–20,000), and weekly pace (1–80) to calculate.

This is a planning estimate, not a board-approved completion date. It assumes the same pace every week, without breaks. Eligibility, approvals, minimum durations, rotations and reporting rules still apply. For a months-based or experience-based route, use your board’s approved timeline.
